Before a new website or ongoing support arrangement begins, we agree responsibilities for content, hosting, updates and backups. Any separate plugin licences, subscriptions or renewals are discussed as part of the scope.

Yes. We can review an existing installation and discuss updates, repairs, a refresh or a move to our hosting. We check authorised access, the current setup and any licence requirements before making changes.
Do we need a completely new website?
Not necessarily. Updating the content, re-templating or fixing specific faults may be enough. We discuss what can be retained and which approach fits your requirements.
Can you help if our WordPress website is broken?
Yes. Tell us the website address, the error or symptoms, when the problem started and whether anything changed recently. Please do not send passwords through the enquiry form; we will agree a suitable access method.
