IT Equipment Lifecycle Services around your needs

Computers and other IT equipment need attention throughout their working life. We help review what you have, plan useful upgrades and organise the steps needed when equipment is replaced or retired.

What we can help with

  • Reviewing equipment age, condition and suitability.
  • Planning memory, storage and other supported upgrades.
  • Preparing suitable devices for reuse or reassignment.
  • Agreeing data transfer and appropriate data-erasure methods.
  • Coordinating retirement, recycling or disposal arrangements.

Keep useful equipment working for longer

Replacement is not always the only option. A supported upgrade or a different role may extend the useful life of a device. Where retirement is appropriate, we discuss the information held on it, what needs transferring and how the equipment and storage media will be handled.

A practical example

When replacing staff laptops, we can help identify devices suitable for reuse, transfer agreed files and organise the preparation of retired equipment before it leaves the business.

Agree the work before starting

We start with a conversation about your current setup and the result you need. We then agree the scope, proposed work and costs, including any equipment, licences or ongoing services. Testing, handover and further support are discussed as part of the project.

Support across Cheshire and surrounding counties

We welcome enquiries from Crewe, Nantwich, Winsford, Tarporley, Northwich and Warrington, and across Cheshire and surrounding counties. Tell us your postcode and what you need so we can discuss suitable remote support, an arranged visit or a project assessment.

Common questions

Can older computers be refurbished?

It depends on their condition, supported software and the work required. We review those factors before recommending an upgrade or replacement.

Can you provide evidence of data erasure?

If you need an erasure record or a particular disposal document, tell us before the work is agreed so the required method and provider arrangements can be confirmed.
