Focused care for websites and backups

Website care

We can arrange WordPress updates, backups, checks and ongoing help with an existing website. Hosting, content changes, development time and any plugin licences are set out in the agreed scope. See our WordPress website services.

Backup monitoring and restore checks

We can arrange checks of backup jobs and agreed restore tests. We provide on-site backups and cloud backups to Amazon S3 buckets located in the UK. The protected systems, retention, storage costs and responsibility for investigating failures are agreed separately. See backup solutions.

What your quote will make clear

  • The users, devices, sites and applications covered.
  • How to contact us and the agreed service hours.
  • What maintenance, monitoring and support work is included.
  • How on-site visits, project work and new installations are handled.
  • Equipment, subscriptions, licences and other separate costs.
  • The billing arrangement, review points and any contract term.

Service hours and response arrangements

Our published contact hours are every day, 8am–6pm. Availability, response arrangements and any scheduled work are agreed for the service you choose. A monitoring alert and an engineer responding are separate parts of the arrangement.

How we get started

  1. Tell us about your setup. Include your location, number of users or devices and the systems you rely on.
  2. Review what is needed. We discuss the current condition, existing providers and any immediate work.
  3. Agree the service. You receive a clear scope and quote before ongoing work starts.

Common questions

Do you publish a standard monthly price?

Support is quoted around the systems, users, sites and work involved. Contact us for a quote so you can compare a defined service.

Are projects and new equipment included?

These are set out in your quote. Office moves, major upgrades, new installations, hardware and third-party licences may be separate from routine support.

Can we start with one-off help?

Yes. We can begin with a particular problem or review, then discuss ongoing support if it would be useful.
